Contest Rules:

1. All winners must bring a photo ID with them in order to claim their prize. Prizes will NOT be mailed under any circumstances. A prize may be picked up by someone other than the winner providing they have a photocopy of the winners picture ID. Prize may be picked up ONLY at the Classic Rock 94.5 studios located at 2824 Palm Beach Blvd in Ft. Myers between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. The business offices are NOT open on the weekends. Only one winner per household (per address).

2. Regardless of the prize won, a winner must wait 30 days before winning another prize on Classic Rock 94.5. All winners have 30 days in which to pick up their prize. If a prize is not available at the time won, you will have 30 days to pick up the prize from the date in which you are contacted and made aware of the prize availability. Once those 30 days have passed, the winner FORFEITS the prize back to Classic Rock 94.5 and the we will “re-use” the prize for another contest.

3. If winner receives a prize valued at $500 or greater, they must wait 90 days before winning another prize on Classic Rock 94.5. These prizes also will be forfeited back to Classic Rock 94.5 if not picked up after 30 days. Re-sale of a Classic Rock 94.5 prize is prohibited. Classic Rock 94.5 reserves the right to bar a listener from participating in a contest for violations of any contest rules. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of station management

4. You are only eligible to win a HUGE prize (ie: car, big collective cash prize, fly-away, vacation, etc.) once in a LIFETIME! (For example…if you win the Harley Davidson V-Rod or Rock & Row, you are NOT eligible to PARTICIPATE in that particular giveaway in ANY future Classic Rock 94.5 contests/giveaways.

5. If a show or event is cancelled, Classic Rock 94.5/Meridian Broadcasting WILL NOT and IS NOT OBLIGATED to offer a replacement prize. No refunds will be made under any circumstances. Prizes (such as airfare, money, etc.) are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Furthermore, if an establishment that has provided a prize ceases business operations (as the business they were operating as at the time of the giveaway), Classic Rock 94.5/Meridian Broadcasting and any people or organizations affiliated with us and the contesting WILL NOT and ARE NOT OBLIGATED to offer a replacement prize. Classic Rock 94.5 is not responsible for a loss of telephone transmission during an on-air contest

6. If a listener wins a prize that is worth $600.00 or more, or if a listener wins a combination of prizes that is valued at $600.00 or more throughout the course of any calendar year, you will be responsible for any taxes that may accrue as a result of winning such prize(s). All winners are REQUIRED at the time they win a prize to provide the Classic Rock 94.5 personality with the following information…full name, address (house number, street, city and zip code), phone number, date of birth and Social Security number . Failure to provide the listed information will result in forfeiture of any and all prizes. Social Security numbers are required for tax purposes….for both the winners and for Classic Rock 94.5/Meridian Broadcasting. All winners must be Florida residents and 18 years of age.

7. There will be some instances where a prize won may be substituted for cash/check. These substitutions will be made by Meridian Broadcasting when deemed necessary. A winner can’t request this. It may only be offered. Example. If a listener wins a hotel stay as a part of their prize, Meridian Broadcasting holds the right to hand over a check made payable to the winner for the amount that would be equal to the hotel stay. The winner would then be responsible for booking their own reservations, and making payment with the money that was won.
