The March for Babies, coordinated by the March of Dimes is coming to Lee County and will feature a new event at this year’s walk. Participants are invited to choose a theme, decorate their strollers/wagons, etc. and enter them in the “Buggy Decorating Contest”.

The Lee county walk will be held on Saturday, April 24th at Centennial Park, with registration at 6:00 p.m. and the March beginning at 7:00 p.m. Put on with the support of Southwest Florida Parent & Child magazine, the buggy contest will begin on walk day at check in. Each entrant will be photographed and MomsLikeMe.com visitors will get to vote over the weekend. The winner, receiving an exciting prize package of goodies, will be announced on Monday, April 26th.
