Friday Check-In 4:00pm (parking lot next to the Ship Store at Fish Tale Marina- We will now be opening at 4:00pm Friday afternoon due to the large number of people to get checked in. We will remain open until 6:45pm. Here you will get a copy of the rules (it is your responsibility to make sure you abide by them), your jammed packed lady angler tote bags OR men’s t-shirt and your wrist bands. We will be set up in the parking lot next to the Ship Store at Fish-Tale Marina. We recommend if you have a room at The Holiday Inn you come see us as early as possible (closest to 4pm) at Fish-Tale then head across the street to check-in at the Holiday Inn. We will stay open until 6:45 so please make sure to arrive no later then that.
Friday Night December 4th 7:00pm (Boat Barn @ Fish-Tale Marina) - Anglers Meeting- Here we will read the rules and answer any questions. This is also the night of the auction to benefit Operation Open Arms (supporting our troops www.operationopenarms.net) some items include vacation packages, fishing charters, jewelry, art, fishing equipment, baskets and more!
Saturday December 5th 7:00am- Lines in the water! You may leave from any location and you can fish as long as you would like but you MUST be back to Fish-Tale Marina BY 3:00pm to weigh your bucketload of ladyfish in.
Saturday December 5th 1:00pm (just in front of the Ship Store @ Fish Tale Marina) - Weigh-Station – All friends, family and guests are welcome at the Weigh Station Event on Saturday afternoon. The weigh station will open at 1pm and will close at 5pm. We will have vendors selling and giving away items, drinks available and music. Tell all your friends to come watch you weigh in your bucketload of ladyfish!
Saturday December 5th 7:00pm (Boat Barn @ Fish-Tale Marina)- Awards Dinner – We will be paying out 5 places 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 17th and 23rd plus many fun awards will be announced! We have custom Chix-N-Stix charms along with Custom Chix-N-Stix pink camo rods going to the first place team! Every table will have centerpieces consisting of baskets and gifts with one bid sheet. Throughout the night you may bid on any centerpiece you would like again proceeds to benefit Operation Open Arms.
“As you know the tournament has turned out to be 3 times + the size we expected. While this is great and we are very excited. We have also had a major increase in tournament bills to ensure everyone gets everything we have promised since the beginning. That being said we have our lowest level sponsorship still available. I am attaching the Bucket Sponsorship Form basically for $500 your team is sponsored. When you come to weigh in your bucketload of ladyfish at the weigh station Saturday afternoon you will be given a bucket that will have a companies logo on it for all pictures press etc. If you have a business / friend or family members business that will sponsor your bucket you will be advertising for them and helping the tournament plus Operation Open Arms! I have attached the form if you could let us know ASAP.
