Rusty Farst, Fort Myers Filmmaker. We recently received information on a independent film from one of our locals, Rusty Farst, Fort Myers Filmmaker. We want to do our part in spreading the word, here’s a link to a two minute trailer for a newly released short film – a joint effort by filmmakers, Rusty Farst and Connie Bottinelli. The documentary short runs 10 minutes. The title, IT WAS A WAR. They have been very fortunate to screen this film at festivals as an official selection. This festival highlights independent films which portray the successes and triumphs of the American GI.
