Today we had the honor of learning from the Executive Chef Chris Miller while he served up a delectable lunch. Chris has an extensive background. While not only attending the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts, he was a teacher. He has been appointed Chef of the year from the American Culinary Federation in 1985 and served the White House during the Regan Administration. Working in places such as: Miami, Boston, Italy, New Orleans etc. What a true treat it is to have such a talented Chef here on Fort Myers Beach.
